Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Daily Coins app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

• You may register using Google or Facebook sign-in.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts will be banned.

4. Earning Coins

• Coins ("DC") are earned by completing tasks: watching ads, completing offers, daily check-ins, spinning the wheel, and referrals.
• Daily limits apply to certain tasks.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin values, task availability, and earning rates at any time.

5. Withdrawals

• Coins can be converted to INR and withdrawn via UPI.
• Minimum withdrawal amount and payout schedule are set by us and may change.
• Payouts are processed weekly (Sundays).
• We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Creating multiple accounts
• Manipulating the referral system
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Any fraudulent activity

Violation may result in account suspension, coin forfeiture, and permanent ban.

7. Referral Program

You earn a percentage of your referrals' earnings. Referral abuse (self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in ban and forfeiture of earnings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code in the App are owned by Daily Coins. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific earning amounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

Daily Coins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
